Makarios Investments charges an annual asset-based fee ranging from 1.0% to 1.5%, billed quarterly in arrears based on the account’s quarter-end value. Fees are negotiable and described in detail in our Form ADV Part 2A. Other fees and expenses may apply (such as custodian fees, fund expenses, or transaction charges) and are separate from advisory fees.
Client assets are held with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., a member of FINRA/SIPC, who serves as the qualified custodian for client accounts. Makarios Investments does not take physical custody of client assets. Clients will receive account statements directly from Schwab and should carefully review those statements for accuracy.
